The participation of 20 Bahraini ICT firms at LEAP2023 is set to make a significant impact on Bahrain's technology sector. This event is expected to drive digital transformation and promote the adoption of innovative, cutting-edge solutions across the industry.
Ministerial Visit to the Bahraini Pavilion
During the event, Mohamed bin Thamer Al Kaabi, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, visited the Bahraini Pavilion at LEAP. He was introduced to the impressive range of technical products and services offered by these participating Bahraini companies, which showcased their expertise in various fields of technology.
Bahraini Presence Among Global Leaders
Tareq Fakhroo, Chairman of BTECH, the organization responsible for Bahrain's participation in LEAP2023, highlighted the significance of Bahraini firms being part of this international event. He noted that these companies are showcasing their talents alongside more than 900 international and local firms, including over 400 ICT startups.

In his remarks, Fakhroo emphasized the importance of technology and innovation in transforming economies and society. He stated: “Technology and innovation have the power to revolutionize economies and society. We currently live in a rapidly evolving society, and you must keep up or fall behind. We are excited to be a part of the Leap conference to keep abreast of new technologies and innovations.”
