Important Guidelines

• Eligibility: This Internship Program is open exclusively to school and university students.
• Program Options: Applicants can select their preferred internship format: Option 1 - Virtual (online) or Option 2 - Onsite at VirtuThinko.
• Insurance Requirement: Upon acceptance, applicants must secure valid workplace insurance.
• Duration: The Internship Program duration ranges from a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 3 months.
• Experience: This program offers a comprehensive learning and training experience and is unpaid.
• Application Deadline: Applications should be submitted at least 2 months before the desired start date.
• Selection Criteria: Priority will be given to applicants who meet the program's training requirements.

Meet our Interns

My name is Ali Albasri, and I majored in Management Information Systems at Bahrain Polytechnic. During my time at VirtuThinko, I worked as an intern and supported the development of practical digital solutions that align with real business needs. Over the course of my internship, I gained valuable hands-on experience across web development and IT systems, including building and improving website features, working with modern tools and workflows, and collaborating closely with a skilled team of professionals. This experience strengthened my understanding of how technology is applied in real environments, from planning and implementation to testing and continuous improvement. Working under the guidance of experienced mentors helped me develop stronger technical and communication skills, and it reinforced my passion for delivering reliable, user-focused solutions. I am motivated to continue growing in the technology field, and I look forward to contributing my skills to future projects and opportunities.

Bahrain Polytechnic

My name is Hasan Mubarak, and I studied programming at Bahrain Polytechnic while developing my cybersecurity knowledge through self study. During my internship at VirtuThinko, I worked with various programming languages, including Python and PHP, contributing to the development and improvement of internal tools and web based solutions. In addition to programming tasks, I was exposed to cloud computing concepts and gained practical experience with AWS services, helping me understand how applications are deployed, managed, and secured in cloud environments. Through hands-on tasks and real project involvement, I strengthened my problem solving skills and gained practical experience in writing, testing, and maintaining code in a professional environment. This internship helped bridge the gap between academic learning and real world application, while also reinforcing my interest in secure and efficient software development. Working under the guidance of experienced team members allowed me to grow technically and gain confidence in my abilities. I am motivated to continue expanding my skills in programming, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity as I progress in my technology career.

My name is Ahmed Al Adraj, and I am a Web Media student at Bahrain Polytechnic, specializing in UI design, graphic design, and content creation. During my internship at VirtuThinko, I contributed to creating visually engaging and user friendly digital experiences that supported the company’s branding and online presence. I worked on designing interface elements, developing creative visuals, and producing digital content that aligned with project goals and audience needs. This experience allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a real professional environment, refine my design skills, and better understand the collaboration between design, content, and technology teams.
